CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS?

Yes, you can. Still, you have to return the item and place a new order. Please refer to the Return Policy here.

RETURNS

We do believe that you will be happy and satisfied with our products. However, if for some reason, an item does not fully meet your expectations or requires a size exchange, you may return it for exchange or a full refund, within thirty (30) days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unused, and unwashed, with the tags still attached and in their original packaging.

Please mind that Customized products are non-refundable and they can not be returned and exchanged unless there is a warranty issue. As we value our customers’ satisfaction, in case it is needed, we may make relevant corrections to customized products.

Returns process:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at office@alooppa.com to specify the product/s and the reason for return.
  • We will provide you details for delivery to our address in Bulgaria (Europe).
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
  • Upon receipt of the returned product and verification that it meets our return policy criteria, we will proceed with the refund or exchange. If the conditions are not met, we will notify you and offer the option to have the item(s) returned to you.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 10-14 days from receipt of the returned goods.
  • Exchanged items will be subject to our standard delivery terms.
