We offer customized production on any of our items based on your personal measurements. If you would like to take advantage of this opportunity you should contact us at services@alooppa.com and send us your exact measurements. Based on them, we will adjust all the details of the chosen model. The additional cost for a customized product will be 40% on top of its regular price. If you choose this option you could go further with customizing colors for free.
We will need following measurements to be sure that the product will fit you well:
- Bust
- Waist
- Hips
- Your neck roundabout
- The length between your shoulders as a straight line
Please refer to the pictures below. We STRONGLY recommend to have your measurements taken by another person, preferably by a tailor.
Once we agree on all details and you confirm the order,we will need up to two weeks to produce and dispatch it. Note that we start the production upon the receipt of your payment.
Please make sure that your measurements are taken properly (see our advice here) and that you have sent us the correct figures. Returns and exchanges of a customized item are not possible. We could proceed with such ones just in case that we used wrong measurements or colors by our mistake.
